Injection Packers for High Pressure Micro Grouting:

TYPES OF PACKERS - there are three main types of Packer

Low Pressure Packers - these are used for low or no-pressure hand injection with a manual pump or cartridge. They are made of plastic and are driven into a slightly undersized pilot hole.

High Pressure Single Tube Packers - these are used with high pressure manual or powered pumps. They have an expanding neoprene sleeve which increases in diameter when tightened, to grip the inside of a drilled hole of the same diameter.

High Pressure Double Tube packers - these are also used with high pressure manual or powered pumps. They have a twin wall tube with an expanding neoprene sleeve, which increases in diameter when tightened, to grip the inside of a drilled hole of the same diameter. Shown fitted with the Tee Bar setting tool.

TYPES OF PUMP - there are four main types of PUMP

Manual Pump - uses a hand side-lever operated cylinder pump (or you can use a disposable plastic cartridge with skeleton gun), for small Projects.

Power Pump - driven by an Electric Drill - a standard electric drill is clamped into the pump drive housing adapter, for light Contractor use.

Power Pump - with integral motor - the motor and pump are combined in a single unit, for heavy duty, Contractor use.

Power Pump - with integral motor, for two part resins - as above but capable of mixing two component resins together in the pump.

TYPES OF GROUT - there are four main types of GROUT

One Pack Polyurethane - in a disposable cartridge - uses a standard skeleton gun.

One Pack Polyurethanes - in bulk packs - reacts with water in the wall to cure the Polyurethane. For small leaks and dampness problems.

Two Pack Polyurethanes - in bulk packs - also react with water in the wall to cure the Polyurethane, but can cope with large leaks and major water problems.

Two Pack Epoxies - in bulk packs - for repair of cracks and rebar anchorage's.
